Step-by-Step User Guide
1. Enable Global 2FA
Navigate to General Settings and enable "Global Two-factor Authentication". You can also set the OTP validity duration.
2. Manage User Security
Create users with Email or Mobile. The "Account Security" tab shows 2FA status.
3. Grant Portal Access
Easily grant portal access to contacts. 2FA is automatically enforced for security.
