A German-shaped sickness-absence register for HR. Odoo's native time-off does not model the German Arbeitsunfähigkeit (AU) world: the electronic certificate (eAU), the six-week Entgeltfortzahlung window (§3 EntgFG), the Karenztag rules, the Aussteuerung after 78 weeks and the staged Wiedereingliederung (Hamburger Modell) under §74 SGB V / §44 SGB IX.
