Why Choose This Module
This module gives HR a clean, audit-proof BEM case file: Eligibility detection: trigger when 42+ AU days fall inside a rolling 12-month window. Consent management (Einwilligung): the BEM is voluntary; the case cannot progress to substantive stages until written consent is recorded, and consent can be withdrawn. A full stage workflow: Triggered -> Invited -> Consent -> Meetings -> Measures -> Closed (success / declined / no consent / ended employment). Participants register (employee, employer rep, Betriebsrat, SBV, Betriebsarzt, external bodies such as the Integrationsamt / Rehabilitationsträger) with data-minimisation notes. Measure catalogue with owners, due dates, status and effectiveness review. Meeting log with minutes, and a deadline / activity engine. Statutory retention: the file is locked after closure and a deletion-due date is computed from a configurable retention period (data-protection driven), with a purge helper.
