Helpdesk Tag Primary & Team Filter
Features:
- Adds 2 columns to helpdesk team: team and primary tag
- Based on what team is set on the ticket, on the standard tag filed you will see only tags that have that team set or empty, and don’t have a primary tag set
- After filling the standard tag, a field for secondary tags will be displayed as well where you can add tags that have the primary set as one of the tags in the standard field
