Chatter Log a Note Notification
Chatter Log Note Notification Odoo app ensures timely communication by sending notification emails whenever a note is logged in the chatter of a document. This feature helps keep followers or authorized users informed about updates or discussions on important documents. The app allows users to configure models for which notifications should be sent, such as sales orders or purchase orders. Notifications can be sent to document followers or authorized users based on the configuration. It supports multi-company environments, enabling different notification settings for each company.
Features
- You can configure Log Note Notification from Settings > General Settings > Log Note Notification Configuration
- You have to configure models on which you want to send notification emails, e.g. you have configured Sale Order and Purchase Order in models so when any note is logged on Sale Order or Purchase order at that time notification emails will be send
- Notification emails will be sent to either the Followers of the document or some Authorized Users base on configuration
- User with Allow to receive Log Note Notifications right are considers as authorized users
- Fully compatible in multi-company environment, means it allows different configuration settings for different company
