Property Rental Management Odoo App runs an entire short-stay operation inside Odoo. Build the catalogue of villas, homestays, holiday homes and vacation rentals, publish them on your website, and let guests search by destination, stay dates, guest count, price range and amenities such as swimming pool, WiFi or parking. Visitors book the stay instantly or submit an inquiry that lands as a CRM lead, with no manual data entry.

Bookings can also start from a CRM lead or a sales order. The booking record validates check-in and check-out against existing reservations so there is no chance of a double booking, auto-computes stay charges by number of nights, and lets the team attach extra services like airport pickup, housekeeping, breakfast or guided tours. On confirmation, a guest folio is generated to collect every charge, and the customer invoice is a single click away with taxes and payment recording.

After checkout, guests get an automated review request. The built-in review system carries 5-star ratings, photo uploads, verified-stay badges, a moderation workflow (Approve, Reject, Flag) and host responses. Two dashboards (Booking and Analytics) plus a Booking History wizard with PDF and Excel export give the team real-time read on occupancy, revenue, top-rated properties and pending actions. Built for homestay owners, villa rental companies, vacation rental managers and hospitality businesses that want one workflow for sales, finance and customer self-service.

The listing page carries a Filters sidebar with property type, price range, bedrooms, guest count and amenities checkboxes. Each card shows photo, name, location, rating and price.

Each property opens to a detail page with image gallery, description, amenities, optional add-on services, nearby places and a booking sidebar with dates, guests, Book Now and Submit Inquiry buttons.

After Book Now, the checkout shows the order summary with subtotal, taxes and total, a discount code field and the configured payment provider button.

Payment Confirmed and Sale Order

The Thank You page shows the new order reference (for example S00063), confirms the payment processed and offers a Print button. The same sale order now exists in the back office.

If the visitor uses Submit Inquiry instead, an Inquiry Submitted page returns a reference number (for example REF/0005) and a CRM lead lands in the back office ready for follow-up.

The booking list shows every stay the guest holds with status, property, owner, tenant, booking date, arrival and departure. Sort by number, filter and group by status are all on top.

Each booking opens to a detail page with property, type, dates, owner and Services table (service name, quantity, charge). Property Charge, Service Charge and Tax roll up to Total Amount with Taxes.

Pick Extra Services

Click Add on the booking and a Select Services modal lists every available service (Daily Breakfast, Personal Chef and more) with price. Click Add on each, then Submit to attach them to the booking.

Rate Your Stay

A Rate Stay button opens a modal where the guest picks a 1 to 5 star rating, types a title and review, then submits. The review goes to moderation before publication.

Once approved, the guest's review appears on the booking detail page with star count and review text, replacing the Rate Stay button.

An interactive Booking Dashboard that provides a clear overview of property bookings, availability status, and booking activities in real time.

The Booking Dashboard greets the user, then lays out a month calendar grid with one row per property and one column per day. Cells show NB (No Booking) or BO (Booking) with pink highlights for booked days. Property, Type, Month and Year filters sit on top, a Print button on the right, and the bookings list below opens any booking with a View button.

A comprehensive Analytics Dashboard that displays key insights such as booking trends, property performance, occupancy rates, and revenue analytics.

The Rental Analytics Dashboard stacks four KPI tiles (Total Revenue, Active Bookings, Occupancy Rate, Overall Rating) with a Pending Actions alert (draft bookings, bookings ending soon). A Revenue Trend chart compares this year and last year, while a Booking Status doughnut splits Draft, Confirmed, Closed and Cancelled. A Refresh button reloads the dashboard.

Further down, a Property Occupancy bar chart and an Average Ratings by Property bar chart sit side by side. Top Properties ranks revenue and booking count; Recent Bookings and Recent Reviews keep the team on top of fresh activity.

Property Integration with Leads

The system seamlessly integrates properties with the CRM lead management process, allowing inquiries to be converted into leads and later into confirmed bookings.

If the chosen property is already booked for the requested dates, a Validation Error stops the booking with the message "Sorry! This property is not available for the selected dates."

Once the booking is created, a Booking smart button at the top of the opportunity opens the linked booking record, so every inquiry stays traceable.

Rental Booking Workflow

A structured Rental Booking Flow that manages the entire process from inquiry and sales order creation to booking confirmation.

Confirm and Create Sale Order

Once confirmed, the workflow ribbon shifts to Confirmed and exposes Create Sale Order, Close and Cancel. Folio and Review smart buttons appear at the top, ready to open as soon as they exist.

On confirmation, the guest receives a branded email with property, stay dates, the booking reference and a Booking Summary block showing total with taxes and amount due.

The generated sale order carries the property line plus every service as separate Order Lines with quantity, unit price and tax. A Booking smart button at the top of the order links straight back to the source booking.

Folio Management

Once a booking is confirmed, a Folio is automatically generated, enabling users to manage booking-related services, charges, invoices, and payments.

Confirm Folio and Create Invoice

Once Confirm is clicked, the folio ribbon moves to Confirm and Create Invoice appears, ready to raise the customer invoice for property charges and extra services in a single click.

After creating the invoice, an Invoice smart button appears next to the Booking smart button and the Invoice field shows Draft Invoice with a direct link.

Payment Guard Before Done

If the team tries to mark the folio as Done while the linked invoice is unpaid, an Invalid Operation popup blocks the action with the message "The linked invoice is not fully paid. Please register full payment before marking as Done."

Customers can provide reviews and feedback for properties, helping businesses monitor customer satisfaction and improve service quality.

The review record holds title, property, reviewer, linked booking, star rating, dates, status (Pending Review, Approved, Rejected), verified-stay and published toggles, and a Review Content block. A VERIFIED STAY ribbon shows when the reviewer's booking is confirmed.

A dedicated Review Moderation list groups every review with property, reviewer, rating, title, date, verified-stay flag, helpful-vote count and status badge so the moderator works through them in one screen.
