Guests can explore your listed properties directly on your website — search by destination, stay dates, guest count, price range, and amenities like swimming pool, WiFi, or parking. Each listing showcases property images, room details, available services, nearby attractions, and guest reviews. Visitors can book instantly online or submit an inquiry, which automatically creates a CRM Lead for your team to follow up and convert.
Bookings can be created from website inquiries, CRM leads, or Sales Orders. The system checks real-time availability to prevent double bookings, auto-computes stay charges based on check-in/check-out dates and number of nights, and lets you add extra services like airport pickup, housekeeping, breakfast, or guided tours. Once confirmed, a Folio is auto-generated to track all guest charges, and invoices are created in a single click with taxes and payment recording.
After checkout, guests receive an automated review request. The built-in review system supports 5-star ratings, photo uploads, verified-stay badges, and a full moderation workflow. Property hosts can respond to reviews directly — building trust and credibility for future guests.
