Property Rental Management in Odoo
In Odoo, The Booking & Rental Management System simplifies the process of managing property inquiries, bookings, and rentals. Customers can submit inquiries through the website, which automatically creates a lead in the system. From the lead, users can generate a Sales Order and confirm property bookings. Bookings can also be created directly from the Sales Order. The system allows users to view property availability, including which properties are available and which are currently rented. Users can also access detailed information about property features, services, and amenities. Once a booking is confirmed, a Folio is automatically generated, where additional services can be added if required. The system also enables invoice generation and payment processing for completed bookings. Comprehensive reports and dashboards are provided for booking analysis, property performance tracking, and historical data review, helping users make better business decisions.
