Stock Rotation Report sits inside Inventory, Reporting, alongside Stock, Locations, and the standard Moves reports.

Set Period, Filters, and Display Options

Choose the From and To date, the company, warehouse, location, product or category, and lot or expiry filters. Display Options on the right toggle Group by Warehouse, Single Sheet Excel, Show Grid Lines, and Include Zero Movement. Action buttons at the bottom open Preview Report, Download Excel, Print PDF, and Download CSV.

Friendly Validation Message

If the chosen filters produce no rows, the report pops up an Invalid Operation message ("No products found matching the filter criteria") instead of returning a confusing empty file.

On-Screen Stock Rotation View

The on-screen view shows every product with reference, name, unit of measure, warehouse, Opening Qty, Purchases, Sales, Transfers In and Out, Total In, Total Out, Net Movement, Closing Qty, Average Stock, and Turnover Ratio, grouped by company for easy reading.

Excel Export with Every Column

The Excel file carries the full column set plus a Report Summary block (Total Products, Products with Movement, Products with Negative Stock) so it stays usable as a standalone document.

PDF Stock Rotation Report

The PDF prints the company header, applied filters, the full movement table with totals, a Report Summary, and a Turnover Analysis bucket (High, Normal, Low) at the foot, ready for sharing.

In-Form Report Preview

A Generated Report section on the wizard form keeps a Report Preview table visible so you can verify the figures before printing or downloading.

CSV Export for Downstream Tools

The CSV file lists every column on a single line per product, including Lot/Serial, Expiry Date, Average Cost, and Total Value, so the data drops cleanly into BI tools or spreadsheets.
