Stock Rotation Report
Stock Rotation Report Odoo App turns every product's stock movement into a single audit-ready line. Pick a date range and the report calculates Opening, Purchases, Sales, Transfers In, Transfers Out, Adjustments In and Out, Production In and Out, Purchase Returns, Sale Returns, Closing quantity, Average Stock, and the Turnover Ratio for every selected item.
Filter by company, warehouse, location, product, product category, lot or serial number, and expiry date. Display options on the same form let you group rows by warehouse, hide zero-movement items, include lot and expiry detail, and add cost information. A built-in Report Preview pane shows the result on the form before you commit to a download.
Output where it suits the audience: Preview Report opens it on screen, Download Excel hands finance a spreadsheet, Print PDF prints a stakeholder-ready page, and Download CSV gives the team raw data for import elsewhere. It is built for inventory managers, finance reviewers, and warehouse leads who need an accurate stock-movement audit on demand.

Inventory Turnover Ratio
Each product gets its own turnover ratio plus average stock, so you can see at a glance which items rotate quickly and which sit too long.

Narrow by date range, company, warehouse, location, product, category, lot or serial number, and expiry window in one form.
Configurable Display Options
Group by warehouse, single-sheet Excel, hide zero-movement items, show grid lines, add lot and expiry info, include cost columns.
In-Form Report Preview
A Generated Report panel shows the result on the same form so the team can sanity-check the numbers before downloading.
Preview, Excel, PDF, CSV Output
Open on screen, download Excel, print PDF, or grab a CSV. Each format shows the same figures so finance and operations stay aligned.
Open from the Reporting Menu
Stock Rotation Report sits inside Inventory, Reporting, alongside Stock, Locations, and the standard Moves reports.
Set Period, Filters, and Display Options
Choose the From and To date, the company, warehouse, location, product or category, and lot or expiry filters. Display Options on the right toggle Group by Warehouse, Single Sheet Excel, Show Grid Lines, and Include Zero Movement. Action buttons at the bottom open Preview Report, Download Excel, Print PDF, and Download CSV.
Friendly Validation Message
If the chosen filters produce no rows, the report pops up an Invalid Operation message ("No products found matching the filter criteria") instead of returning a confusing empty file.
On-Screen Stock Rotation View
The on-screen view shows every product with reference, name, unit of measure, warehouse, Opening Qty, Purchases, Sales, Transfers In and Out, Total In, Total Out, Net Movement, Closing Qty, Average Stock, and Turnover Ratio, grouped by company for easy reading.
Excel Export with Every Column
The Excel file carries the full column set plus a Report Summary block (Total Products, Products with Movement, Products with Negative Stock) so it stays usable as a standalone document.
PDF Stock Rotation Report
The PDF prints the company header, applied filters, the full movement table with totals, a Report Summary, and a Turnover Analysis bucket (High, Normal, Low) at the foot, ready for sharing.
In-Form Report Preview
A Generated Report section on the wizard form keeps a Report Preview table visible so you can verify the figures before printing or downloading.
CSV Export for Downstream Tools
The CSV file lists every column on a single line per product, including Lot/Serial, Expiry Date, Average Cost, and Total Value, so the data drops cleanly into BI tools or spreadsheets.
