Task Timer Odoo
The Task Timer helps you track the time spent on individual tasks accurately. You can start, pause, resume, and stop the timer for any task, add a required description, and save the total duration. All tracked time is automatically recorded in the timesheet for easy review and management. And also provide the option to discard the timer if you don’t want to add it to the timesheet.

Kanban View
Click the Start button to begin tracking time for the task and add it to the timesheet.
Manage Timer
The time you spend on the task will start being counted.And you can pause the timer without saving it to the timesheet,The timer can be paused or stopped. You can view the specific task, and discard it if you don’t want to add it to the timesheet.
Pause or Stop
Paused Timer
Clicking Pause will stop the timer, and you can resume it to continue.
Stop Timer
After completing the task, the timer can be stopped completely.
Details of Task
After stopping the timer, the task name along with its duration will be displayed.
Warning
If you try to submit or save without filling the description, a warning will be shown.
Save Timesheet
After filling the description, you can save it along with the specific task and its duration.
Again Start Timer
If you want to track time again after stopping completely, click the Start button to restart for that task.
Added into Timesheet
The duration for the specific task, along with its description, will be added.And You can start, pause, resume, or stop the timer for any task straight from the form.
Timer in List View
The timer is also provided in the list view, so you can manage it from there as well.

If you try to start a timer for another task while one is already running, a warning will be shown.
