Enterprise Odoo Hubspot Integration
The Enterprise Odoo-HubSpot Integration App is a comprehensive solution that connects
your Odoo ERP
with HubSpot CRM, enabling seamless two-way synchronization of critical business data. This integration
covers users, contacts, companies, deals, products, quotes, invoices, and tickets-ensuring real-time,
accurate information across both platforms. Contacts and companies are kept in sync with all relevant
details such as names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and relationships. Deals from HubSpot are
linked to Odoo CRM opportunities, including pipeline stages, expected close dates, deal amounts, and
ownership. Sales quotations and invoices created in Odoo are reflected in HubSpot, giving your teams
complete visibility into the customer journey. Product catalogs are also synchronized, maintaining
consistent item names, SKUs, prices, and descriptions across both systems.
Beyond core records, the integration supports syncing of related activities like notes, tasks, meetings,
emails, and file attachments. Email conversations and meeting schedules are shared between platforms,
while attachments are fetched from HubSpot and stored in Odoo against their corresponding records.
Support tickets are also synchronized, ensuring your customer service team is aligned regardless of
where the issue is logged. The app supports real-time and scheduled synchronization, conflict resolution

Hubspot Setup
1. Go to the given link and create a hubspot account : https://www.hubspot.com/
2. Create a Private app
1. Manually Sync Create/Update a single Record in odoo to hubspot using "sync to hubspot" button :
Sync a Record in odoo, click the "sync to hubspot" button in form view of odoo Contacts/Companies/Opportunities/Products/Users. The Record sync odoo to hubspot and odoo Record is created into hubspot. Also, You can Sync single record from Hubspot to Odoo via Wizard.
2. Manually Sync Create/Update multiple Records in odoo to hubspot using "sync to hubspot" button :
Sync a Records in odoo, click the "sync to hubspot" button in list view of odoo Contacts/Companies/Opportunities/Products/Users. The Records sync odoo to hubspot and odoo contact/company/deal/user is created into hubspot. Also, You can Sync Multiple records from Hubspot to Odoo via Wizard.
3. Sync quick Create/Update multiple Records Bi-directional using Scheduler :
1. Sync odoo to hubspot:
Sync a Records in odoo to hubspot. click the "sync odoo to hubspot" checkbox in hubspot Instance page. The records sync odoo to hubspot and odoo records is created into hubspot.
2. Sync hubspot to odoo:
Sync a Records in hubspot to odoo. click the "sync hubspot to odoo" checkbox in hubspot Instance page. The Records sync hubspot to odoo and hubspot Records is created into odoo.
3. Sync odoo to hubspot and hubspot to odoo both:
Sync a Records in hubspot to odoo and odoo to hubspot. click the "sync odoo to hubspot" and "sync hubspot to odoo" checkbox in hubspot Instance page. The Records sync hubspot to odoo and hubspot Records is created into odoo and hubspot.
4. Odoo-Hubspot Logs:
to maintain the integration behavior there is a module called "Hubspot Logger". Where you can see your integration health. Hubspot Logger will store all the integration activities from odoo to hubspot and hubspot to odoo. You can prepare the report and get your real time integration health of your system.
