Odoo Zendesk Integration
The Odoo Zendesk Integration app seamlessly connects your Odoo and Zendesk platforms,
enabling
smooth two-way synchronization of Contacts, Users, Companies, and Tickets. Whether you
are managing
customer data or support interactions, the app ensures that both systems stay perfectly aligned,
eliminating the need for manual updates and reducing the chances of data duplication or errors.
In addition to automatic sync, the app offers flexibility with manual synchronization
options and a
powerful scheduler for automated updates at regular intervals. This ensures your teams
always work with
the latest information in real time, improving efficiency, collaboration, and customer service across
both platforms.

- First stable release of Odoo BigQuery Integration – Odoo 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 Version.
Setup
Click on the 'Menubar', then select 'Admin Center'.
Click on 'Apps and Integrations', and then click on 'Zendesk API'.
Click on the 'Add API Token' button, enter the 'API Token Description', copy the 'API Token', and then click the 'Save' button.
Enter the Zendesk API token in the 'Zendesk API Token' field. In the 'Email Address' field, enter your Zendesk login email. Ensure that 'Is Connected' is turned on.
Copy 'echobitzsupport'.
Copy 'echobitzsupport', enter it in the 'Subdomain' field, and then click the 'Zendesk Test API Connection' button.
In Zendesk, get the User ID. Then, in Odoo, open the 'Odoo Zendesk Integration' app, click on the 'Sync Zendesk to Odoo' menu, and enter the Zendesk User ID.

Create a user in Odoo, then click on 'Sync to Zendesk'.

Create a contact in Zendesk, and activate the scheduler in Odoo.

Create a company in Zendesk, then go to the Odoo instance. Under the Company tab, click the 'Sync Zendesk to Odoo' button.

Create a ticket in Zendesk and note the Zendesk ID. Then, in Odoo, open the 'Odoo Zendesk Integration' app, click on the 'Sync Zendesk to Odoo' menu, and enter the Zendesk User ID.
