Activate the "Garage Management System" module.

In the "Settings" module, click on the "Users & Companies" menu and open a user. In the user form, select the user access role. By default, three user roles are created: "Garage Administrator," "Garage Mechanic," and "Garage Front Desk."

In the "Garage" module, click on the "Configuration" menu, then select the "Services" submenu. After that, create a "Service" record.

Create a "Service Category" and add the created "Services" to the "Service Category".

Create a "Service Package" record. In the record, set the Product Type and Sales Price. Then, in the "Package Details" tab, add values for "Validity (Days)" and "Total Visits Allowed."

Click on the "Repair Teams" submenu. Create a Repair Team record, first add the Department Name, then select the Manager, and click Save.

Click on the "Employees" submenu and create an Employee record. Add the name, email, and department, then click on the "Create User" button.

After assigning a department to an employee, the employee is automatically added to the "Team Members" section in the Repair Team record.

Click on the "Inspection Checkpoints" submenu, then create a "Checkpoint" record.

Click on the "Inspection Templates" submenu and create an "Inspection Template" record. Then, add the created checkpoints to it.

To register a new user, enter the name, email, password, and confirm password, then click on the "Sign Up" button.

After clicking on the "Sign Up" button, the message "Your account is pending administrator approval" is displayed.

In the "Garage" module, click on the "Portal Requests" submenu. Open the request record, then click "Approve" or "Reject".

Click on the "Approve" button to set the request to the "Approved" state. Then, log in using the approved customer account.

Add the approved email and password, then click on the "Log in" button.

To request a vehicle service, the user needs to click on the 'Service Request' option.

In the 'My Service Requests' section, click on the '+ New Request' button.

On the Service Request form page, fill in the name, email, and phone number. Next, provide the vehicle details, including model, license plate number, year, odometer reading, VIN, service category, and service. In the Issue Details section, enter the vehicle damage, repair issue, and reason for repair. Then click the 'Submit Request' button.

The service request has been created in the Garage workflow. You can convert it into an opportunity or directly create a job card by clicking "Create Job Card".

Click the 'Convert to Opportunity' button, then click the 'Create Opportunity' button.

Once the opportunity is created, click the 'Create Job Card' button to proceed with creating a job card.

When a service request is created from the user portal with vehicle details, a corresponding vehicle record is automatically generated in the Vehicles section of the Garage module.

Click on the 'Create Job Card' button to create a job card record. Then, add the repair assignment and vehicle details. After that, add a template and click on the 'Load Inspection' button. Once the technician is assigned, click on the 'Assign' button.

For a technician user, set the 'Garage Users' field to 'Garage Mechanic'.

The technician, Barty McBly, should complete all checkpoints. After all checkpoints are completed, click the 'Confirm' button.

Once the technician, Barty McBly, confirms the job card, the admin or front desk manager can proceed by clicking the 'Create Diagnosis' button.

Once the 'Create Diagnosis' button is clicked, a diagnosis record is created. In the 'Repair Estimation' tab, the services from the job card are automatically populated.

If additional parts are needed during the service, the technician can add them in the 'Repair Estimation' tab within the Diagnosis.

Once the technician adds any required new parts in the 'Repair Estimation' tab during the service, the admin or front desk can proceed by clicking the 'Create Quotation' button.

In the Diagnosis, click on the 'Create Quotation' button to generate a quotation. Once the quotation is created, click on the 'Confirm' button.

Click the 'Create Invoice' button to generate the invoice.
