Law Management System
The Law Management System module gives you full control over the law management.
The Law Firm Management System helps law firms manage cases, clients, lawyers, hearings, documents, and
billing from one centralized platform. It streamlines the complete legal workflow, improves
productivity, and ensures better case tracking and client communication.
With a secure client portal, automated notifications, and an easy-to-use dashboard, this system provides
a clean, professional, and efficient way to manage daily legal operations.

Setup
Click on the ‘Activate’ button in Law Management.
Law Management Dashboard.
In the Configuration menu, click on the ‘Courts’ submenu.
Add court details in the ‘Courts’ model.
Add judge details in the ‘Judge’ model.
Add case type details in the ‘Case Types’ model.
Click on the ‘Client’ menu, add the client details, and then click on the ‘Create User’ button.
Click on the ‘Save’ button.
Click on the ‘Lawyer’ menu, add the lawyer details, and then click on the ‘Create User’ button.
Click on the ‘Save’ button.
Click on the ‘Leads’ menu, add the lead details, and then click on the ‘Convert to Opportunity’ button.
Click on the ‘Create Opportunity’ button.
The opportunity is created successfully, and then click on the ‘Create Case’ button.
Create a case, add all case-related details, and then click on the ‘In Progress’ button.
In the Case form view, go to the ‘Hearing/Document History’ tab, click on the ‘Add a line’ button, open the Hearing History form view, add the details, and then click on the ‘Save & Close’ button.
In the Case form view, go to the ‘Evidence’ tab, click on the ‘Add a line’ button, add the evidence details, and then click on the ‘Save & Close’ button.
Click on the ‘Won’ button; the case is then moved to the Won stage.
Click on the ‘Create Invoice’ button, and the invoice form view opens successfully.
Click on the ‘No Meeting’ smart button.
Select a date and then click on the ‘Save’ button.
1. Total Leads, Total Cases, Active Lawyers, and Pending Hearings are visible on the dashboard, and clicking on them redirects to their respective list views.| 2. Create a new Lead, Case, Contact, Expense, and Book a New Consultant from the dashboard.| 3. Case Status and Lawyer Status are visible on the dashboard.|4. Upcoming Hearings Reminders’ and ‘Upcoming Consultant Meeting Reminders’ are visible on the dashboard.
