Labels in format PDF can be downloaded or printed directly from Odoo, improving operational efficiency.

Activate the 'Odoo Sendcloud Integration'.


In the Inventory module, click on the 'Configuration' menu, then click on the 'Sendcloud Instance' submenu.


Create a Sendcloud account. If an account is already created, then log in.


In the Sendcloud settings, click on 'Integrations', then click the 'Configure' button under Sendcloud API.


Click on the 'Regenerate Keys' button, then copy the 'Public Key' and 'Secret Key', and finally click the 'Done' button.


Copy the 'Public Key' and 'Secret Key', then paste them into the respective 'Public Key' and 'Secret Key' fields.


Add the 'Sendcloud Instance' name, then click on 'Test API Connection'. Next, click on 'Fetch Sender Address', then click the 'Fetch Shipping Methods' button, and finally add the 'Sendcloud Company'.


Add the 'Sendcloud Company', and then click on the 'Settings' submenu.


Enable the 'Packages' option, and then click the 'Save' button.


Create a new Package Type, and in the 'Carrier' field, select the 'Sendcloud' option.


In the Configuration menu, click on the 'Delivery Methods' submenu.


Add a name, then select the 'Sendcloud' option in the 'Provider' field. After that, add or create a 'Delivery Product'.


Create a quotation, and in the quotation, add a 'Customer' and a 'Product'.


Go to the 'Sendcloud Integration' tab, click on the 'Get Sendcloud Services' button, and then select a service in the 'Sendcloud Service' field.


In the 'Order Lines' tab, click on the 'Add Shipping' button, then select the 'Sendcloud Service', click the 'Get Rate' button, and finally click the 'Add' button.


Click on the 'Confirm' button.


In the Inventory module, go to the 'Operations' menu, then click on the 'Deliveries' submenu, and finally click on the delivery record.


In the delivery record, under the 'Operations' tab, click on the 'Put In Pack' button. Then select the 'Sendcloud Package' option in the 'Delivery Package Type' field and click the 'Save' button.


Click on the 'Validate' button.


Tracking reference, cost, and label generated successfully.

In Sendcloud, under the 'Created Labels' tab, the package has been successfully created.


Click on the 'Cancel' button to cancel the package.
