Secure Vault Storage
Secure Vault Storage is a powerful Odoo app designed to securely store and manage
passwords,
credentials, and other sensitive information in vaults. With a focus on security and
usability, it supports role-based access control, letting you define who can view or
edit each entry.
Users can organize data by categories like Website Login, Email, Server, Credit
Card, or Driver License and many more.
allowing for quick access and clear structure. Each record can be marked as private and assigned to
specific users with defined access levels such as Readonly or Portal, ensuring granular control over
visibility and modification rights.
The app is highly customizable-allowing dynamic addition of custom fields to adapt to
any data structure
you need. Built-in features like real-time password strength validation and automatic
strong password
generation promote best practices for credential security. Audit logging keeps track of user
activity
for each record, ensuring full traceability. Seamless integration with Odoo's user roles ensures secure

Setup
Kanban View
Activate the 'Secure Vault Storage' app.
Go to the 'Admin' user.
In the 'Secure Vault Storage' field, select the 'Odoo Plugin Admin' option.
Enter the Vault Name, then click the 'Add a line' button. Add the User and User Access Level, and then click the 'Save & Close' button.
Add a user and specify their access level.
Click on the 'Extra Security' tab, then select the 'Password to open this Vault' checkbox. Enter a password manually or generate one automatically.
Select the 'Credit Card' category and enter all the credit card information.
When the 'Is Private' toggle is turned on, the 'Accessible Users' will be automatically removed, and the record will become private and hidden from all other users.
Click on the 'Add Fields' button, enter all the related field information, and then click the 'Add Fields' button again to save.
The custom field 'Credit Card Name' was successfully created under the 'Credit Card' category.
In the Admin user’s 'Secure Note' category, add 'Portal' and 'Readonly' users as accessible users.
The 'Secure Note' record is successfully visible to the 'Readonly' user.

Select 'Driver License' as the category and enter all the relevant driver license information.
Select 'Database' as the category and enter all the relevant database information.
