The Odoo Password Policy module strengthens your organization’s security posture

Screenshots
Activate the "Password Validation" module.
In the Settings module, go to "Website," and under "Password Validation," turn on "Enable Password Policy.
1. New password creation time condition.| 2. The number set in the password history limit field determines how many previous passwords cannot be used as a new password.| 3. User password expires every 4 days.| 4. When 3 days are left before the password expires, an alert email will be sent to the user.
In the password field, the entered password meets all the requirements, so all the requirements are shown in green color.
On the Reset Password page, the entered password in the password field meets all the requirements, so all the requirements are displayed in green.
After 4 days are completed, the password will automatically expire.
