Setup
Activate the 'Odoo WhatsApp Purchase In Discuss' module.
Configure WhatsApp Purchase provider by adding Meta Cloud API credentials and complete setup using the guide below.
Create WhatsApp message templates for Purchase Orders using dynamic placeholders for automatic data.
Click "Send PO by WhatsApp", review auto-filled details, and click "Send Message" to share the purchase order with the vendor on WhatsApp.
The Purchase Order is sent to the vendor via WhatsApp with a PDF attachment. The vendor can reply directly, and the conversation is synced back to the system for easy tracking.
Create a vendor-wise channel to manage all PO conversations. Chat from Discuss, and messages will reflect in the Purchase Order.
Conversation done from Discuss is automatically visible in the related Purchase Order for easy tracking.
