Setup
Activate the 'Odoo WhatsApp Sale In Discuss' module.
Configure WhatsApp Sale provider by adding Meta Cloud API credentials and complete setup using the guide below.
Create WhatsApp message templates for Sale Orders using dynamic placeholders for automatic data.
Click "Send So by WhatsApp", review auto-filled details, and click "Send Message" to share the Sale order with the Partner on WhatsApp.
The Sale Order is sent to the partner via WhatsApp with a PDF attachment. The partner can reply directly, and the conversation is synced back to the system for easy tracking.
Create a partner-wise channel to manage all SO conversations. Chat from Discuss, and messages will reflect in the Sale Order.
Conversation done from Discuss is automatically visible in the related Sale Order for easy tracking.
