1.) User Settings Configuration
Users have access to dedicated options within their profile to manage description visibility across Accounting, Sales, and Purchase modules. With simple checkboxes, it becomes easy to define whether descriptions should appear or remain hidden.

2.) Sales Quotation Without Description
Sales quotations reflect a cleaner layout when description visibility is disabled. Product lines appear without additional descriptive text, making the document more compact and easier to review.
