Product Allowed on User
The Product Allowed on User module for Odoo enables businesses to control product visibility at the user level, ensuring that each user can access only the products assigned to them.
Features
User-Specific Product Restriction
This feature allows administrators to assign specific products to individual users directly from the user form. By enabling the restriction option, only selected products become accessible to that user across the system.
Controlled Product Visibility in Sales
Once product restrictions are applied, users can only view and select their assigned products within sales operations. This means that while creating quotations or sales orders, the product list is automatically filtered based on user permissions.

1.) User Configuration with Allowed Products
A dedicated section within the user form allows administrators to assign specific products and activate restriction settings. This setup makes it straightforward to define which products a user can access, ensuring precise control over product availability based on roles or responsibilities.
2.) Filtered Product View in Sales
Only the assigned products appear during sales operations for the selected user, creating a clean and relevant product list.
