Automatic Quotation Cancellation :
Set a time limit (in days) for how long a quotation can remain in the quotation stage before being auto-cancelled.
Configurable Settings

Admins can restore canceled quotations back to draft. Offers flexibility in managing sales decisions.

1) Settings View
Enable 'Quotation Cancelled After'. Once this option is ticked, a new field will appear. Enter the number of days after which quotations should be automatically cancelled.
Navigation : Sales → Configuration → Settings

The system runs at its scheduled time and automatically cancels quotations that meet the configured criteria.
