Single Invoice
This application will help the user to have the single invoice for the different Quotation in sale and RFQ in purchase. user can easily create the single invoice that have the same customer in sales and vendor in purchase.

Consolidated Invoicing:
Generate a single invoice for multiple sales quotations or purchase RFQs sharing the same customer or vendor.
Easy Access in Actions Menu:
Access the "Create Single Invoice" option directly from the Actions menu in Sales Quotations and Purchase RFQs.
Error Validation:
Displays an error if quotations or RFQs with different customers/vendors are selected.
User-Friendly Pop-Up Confirmation:
Confirm invoice creation via a quick pop-up for a seamless workflow.
Integrated View of Invoices/Bills:
Created invoices and bills are easily viewable in Invoicing under Invoices and Bills sections.

1) Quotations view:
Here user can see that after installing the module within the 'Action' user can find the new option for the 'Create Single Invoice'. With this option, user can create a single invoice that has the same partner.
Navigation : Sales → Orders → Quotations → Action → Create Single Invoice
2) Create a Single Invoice pop-up view:
After selecting the quotations that have the same customer and clicking on the create single invoice, the pop-up will appear click "YES" to create the invoice.
3) Invoices view:
Here user can see the created invoice within the smart button, in the Invoices.
Navigation : Invoicing → Invoices → Sale Orders
4) User Error view:
If the user tries to select a quotation that has a different customer in it and create an invoice, then this error message will pop-up for not having the same customer in the quotation.
5) Purchase Order RFQ view:
Here user can see that after installing the module within the 'Action' user can find the new option for the 'Create Single Invoice'. With this option, user can create a single invoice that has the same vendor.
6) Create Single invoice pop-up view:
By clicking the "YES" user will create the single invoice.
7) Bills view:
Here user can see the invoices/bills get created within the invoice bills.
Navigation : Invoicing → Vendors → Bills
8) User error view:
If user have selected RFQ's that have different vendors, it will show you the error for not having the same vendor.
