2.) Gift Coupon Detailed

This screen displays the complete details of a selected Gift Voucher from the backend. It contains information such as coupon name, related product, barcode, issued date, expiry date, discount amount, remaining balance, and customer restrictions. This detailed overview allows businesses to track each voucher’s usage, expiry, and status with full transparency.

3.) POS Actions Menu in Gift Coupon Buttons

the POS user opens the Actions menu, where options like Gift Coupon are available. This allows cashiers to either apply an existing voucher or create a brand-new one directly during a sale. The feature improves customer service by providing instant voucher management inside POS without needing to access the backend.

4.) Apply Gift Coupon Popup in POS

This popup allows cashiers to enter or scan a coupon code/barcode when a customer wants to redeem a Gift Voucher. The system validates the code in real time and checks expiry, usage limits, and availability before applying the discount.

5.) Successfully Applied Gift Coupon in POS Cart

This screen shows how the system applies the discount to the POS order once a valid coupon is accepted. The discount line appears directly inside the cart, clearly indicating the reduced amount.

6.) Coupon Last Used Date & Apply Limit Updated in Backend

This screen displays updated voucher information in the backend after the coupon has been redeemed in POS. The Coupon Last Used Date and Apply Limit fields automatically update to reflect real usage.

7.) POS Actions Menu in Create Gift Coupon Buttons

his feature allows POS users to instantly create a coupon directly from the POS interface without switching screens, making the checkout process faster and more efficient.

8.) Create Gift Coupon Popup in POS

This popup appears when the user selects Create Gift Voucher. It provides a detailed form where the cashier can input all necessary coupon details, including name, product, discount type, percentage/amount, remaining balance, barcode option, and usage limit. Features like expiry date and customer-specific limitation add flexibility. This enables quick and controlled creation of gift coupons directly from the POS.

9.) Gift Coupon Creation Success Notification

After submitting the coupon form, the POS displays a clear success notification: “Gift coupon created successfully!” This ensures the cashier receives immediate confirmation that the voucher has been generated and saved in the system.

10) Backend View of POS-Created Gift Coupon

Once created, the gift coupon automatically syncs to the backend and appears under the Gift Coupons menu. This detailed view shows all coupon information, such as product, barcode, issue date, expiry date, usage limit, and discount configuration. This backend record ensures transparency, traceability, and easy management of all gift vouchers issued from the POS.
