Stop Showing Popup Window Chat
Stop Showing Popup Window Chat is a lightweight Odoo module designed to enhance user experience by disabling the default popup chat window.
By default, Odoo displays a popup chat window whenever a new message arrives. If multiple messages are received, Odoo opens multiple popup windows, which can quickly become distracting and cluttered. This behaviour is not only inconvenient but can also compromise the privacy of chat content by showing sensitive information in unexpected popups.
Stop Showing Popup Window Chat solves this problem by disabling the automatic popup chat windows. Messages remain accessible through the standard chat panel, ensuring a cleaner interface, better focus, and improved privacy for all users.
Features
Block Popup Chat Windows :
Stops Odoo from opening chat popups whenever a new message arrives. You won't see multiple windows cluttering your screen anymore. This keeps your workspace neat and distractionâfree. You can still access all chats from the main chat panel.
Protect Chat Privacy :
Prevents sensitive chat content from appearing in sudden popups. Messages stay inside the chat panel instead of showing on screen. This reduces the chance of others seeing private information. It helps maintain confidentiality while working in shared spaces.
Clean & Seamless Experience :
Gives you a smoother workflow without interruptions from popups. Navigation across Odoo modules feels faster and more organized. You stay focused on your tasks without unnecessary distractions. Communication remains simple and accessible in one place.
