Transport Management
The Transport Management allows businesses to manage the transportation of goods. With this app, users can configure transporters, routes, vehicles, and locations, as well as track delivery orders, generate transport entries, and manage transportation statuses. It helps streamline operations for logistics and transport management.

Features
Assign Transporter to Sales Order:
Select and assign transporters when creating sales orders.

1) Res Users Settings:
This screen allows you to assign roles and permissions to users and managers, controlling what they can view and modify in the system.


2) Transporters Details Configuration:
Managers can add transporter details and set the transport charges for each transporter.



3) Vehicle Tag:
Add vehicle tags and assign colours in the vehicle tag model.
Navigation : Transport → Configuration → Vehicle Tag

4) Transport Location:
Add transport locations in the transport location model.
Navigation : Transport → Configuration → Transport Location

5) Transport Route:
Configure and manage transport routes to optimize the delivery process.
Navigation : Transport → Configuration → Transport Route


6) Transporters' Vehicle:
Managers can add and manage vehicle details, including the availability of transport vehicles.

7) Confirm Button:
Click the "Confirm" button to save the details and proceed with adding additional information.

8) Maintenance:
Schedule and track maintenance activities for vehicles to ensure operational reliability.
Navigation : Transport → Vehicles → Maintenance


9) Assign Driver:
Assign or change the driver for a specific vehicle.
Navigation : Transport → Vehicles → Change Driver


10) Driver History:
Review the history of drivers assigned to a specific vehicle.
Navigation : Transport → Vehicles → Drivers History

11) Sales Order:
This screen allows the user to create a new quotation by selecting transporters for the delivery. Once the transporters are assigned, the user can confirm the sales order, which initiates the delivery process.

12) Delivery Order:
After confirming the sales order, the user can view the "Tracking Number" for the delivery order. Additionally, the user has the option to enter the "LR Number" for tracking the shipment.

13) Enter the Number of Parcels:
By clicking the "Enter No of Parcel" button, the user can specify the number of parcels included in the delivery order. This helps in managing and tracking the individual parcels being shipped.

14) Transport Route Locations Entry:
After validating the delivery order, the user can view the generated "Transporters Routes Location Entry" showing the delivery route details.

15) Transport Entry:
The user can view the related transport entry for the picking, providing details about the transportation involved in the order.

16) Transport Delivery:
In the transporter form view, the user can see the delivery order that needs to be transported.

17) Delivery Report:
The user can view the generated delivery report, which includes transportation details of the order.

18) Delivery Slip View:
The user can view the delivery slip, which provides a detailed summary of the items being delivered, including quantities and delivery information.

19) Start Transport Entry:
The manager can start the transport entry by clicking the "Start" button on the transport entry, changing its state to "In-Progress."


20) Halt Transport Entry:
If the user wants to stop the transport entry, it can be done by clicking the "Halt" button.

21) Resume Transport Entry:
After halting the transport entry, the user can resume it by clicking the "Resume" button.

22) Done Transport Entry:
The user can mark the transport entry as "Done" by clicking the "Done" button, which moves the entry to the "Done" state. If there are multiple routes in the transport entry, the state will change to "Waiting" instead.

23) Resume Transport Entry:
The user can resume the transport entry by clicking the "Resume" button, which will move the transport entry to the "In-Process" state.

24) Done Transport Entry:
The user can complete the transport entry by clicking the "Done" button, which will move the transport entry to the "Done" state.


25) Cancel Transport Entry:
A new transport entry starts in the "Start" stage. If the user wants to cancel it, they can click the "Cancel" button. This will move the transport entry to the "Cancel" state.

26) Reschedule Transport Entry:
The user can reschedule the transport entry by clicking the "Reschedule" button, allowing them to adjust the delivery time or date.

27) Reschedule Transport Entry:
The user can reschedule the transport entry by clicking the "Reschedule" button, enabling them to change the transport details.

28) Start Transport Entry:
The user can start the transport entry by clicking the "Start" button, which will change the state to "In-Progress."

29) Done Transport Entry:
The user can complete the transport entry by clicking the "Done" button, which will move the transport entry to the "Done" state.


30) Daily Transport Entry Report in Transport:
The user can select the daily transport entry report from the Report menu.
Navigation : Transport → Report → Transport Entry Report

The user can set the report date and select the transporter to generate and print the transport report.

34) User/Manager Access Right - Transport Detail:br>
The user or manager can read and edit the transport details, allowing them to modify or view information related to the transport entry.

35) Transport Vehicle Detail:
The user can read and edit the vehicle details, allowing them to update or view information related to the transport vehicle.

36) User Restrictions in Form and List View:
The user cannot see the "Confirm" and "Cancel" buttons in the form view, nor can they see the "New Request" state in the list view.

37) Manager Access in List View:
The manager can see the "New Request" state in the list view.
