Wishlist & Compare Lock
This module enhances the privacy and functionality of your Odoo eCommerce website by restricting access to the Wishlist and Compare features for guest users. While visitors can still browse and search for products, they wonât be able to compare products or add them to their wishlist unless they are logged in. This is particularly beneficial for B2B stores or membership-based websites that require account access for full functionality.

Wishlist Access Restriction:
Blocks non-logged-in users from adding items to the wishlist.
Compare Function Restriction :
Disables the product comparison feature for guest users.
Frontend Control:
Hides wishlist and compare buttons from product listing and detail views when not logged in.
Encourages Login or Signup:
By hiding critical purchase functionality, it encourages guest users to create an account or log in.

1) Shop Page for Guest User:
Here user can see that the Compare and Add to Wishlist buttons are hidden or disabled for users who are not logged in.
2) Shop page for logged in users:
As shown in the below screen short logged-in users can see and use the Compare and Add to Wishlist options.
3) Compare Products Page:
Only accessible and functional for authenticated users. Displays selected products side by side for comparison.
4) Wishlist Page for logged in users:
Displays all wishlist items added by the user. This feature is only available after login.
