Technical service (SAT) Service orders (partes de trabajo) with a draft → received → diagnosed → in repair → repaired → delivered → invoiced flow. RMA (return merchandise authorisation) numbers and reason codes. Parts (piezas) and labour (mano de obra) lines, with cost vs. warranty cover: lines covered by warranty are not charged to the customer. Per-serial-number warranty look-up: the term is resolved automatically from the registered warranty of that serial number. Full service history per product / serial / customer.
