Por qué elegir este módulo
Gestione las garantías de producto y el servicio de asistencia técnica (SAT) para el mercado español. Garantías: garantía legal para consumidores según el Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), actualizado por la Ley 7/2021: 3 años (36 meses) para bienes comprados desde el 01/01/2022 y 2 años antes. Garantía comercial / del fabricante con un plazo extra configurable. Alta de garantía por número de serie (lote/serie) con fecha de inicio, fin legal y fin comercial, y estado "en garantía" en vivo. Servicio técnico (SAT): partes de trabajo con flujo borrador → recibido → diagnosticado → en reparación → reparado → entregado → facturado. Números RMA y códigos de motivo. Líneas de piezas y mano de obra, con coste frente a cobertura de garantía: las líneas cubiertas no se cobran al cliente. Búsqueda de garantía por número de serie: el plazo se resuelve automáticamente. Historial de servicio completo por producto / serie / cliente. Es una herramienta interna de gestión: no emite facturas fiscales ni transmite nada a ninguna administración; los cargos se resumen en una hoja y el cliente se factura con su facturación habitual.
