Why Choose This Module
Client files: one record per managed client (empresa / autónomo) with the fiscal regime, assigned manager and the obligations the gestoría handles. Task pipelines: per-client tasks with a draft → in progress → review → done Kanban flow, priority, deadline and the responsible employee. Recurring obligation calendar (modelos): a catalogue of Spanish periodic obligations (e.g. Modelo 303 IVA, 111 retenciones, 130 pago fraccionado, 115 alquileres, 349, 200 IS, TC seguros sociales) with their periodicity; the panel generates the upcoming deadlines per client as trackable tasks. Document inbox: documents received from clients, classified and linked to the client and (optionally) a task. Time tracking: time entries per client / task to measure the effort spent, with billable flag and rate. Service billing worksheet: aggregates the period's billable time and fixed fees per client into an internal worksheet for invoicing.
