Cliente de la gestoría
Cliente de la gestoría. Registra Contacto, Responsable de cuenta, Obligaciones gestionadas, Cuota mensual fija y Tarifa horaria por defecto. Con un clic: generar vencimientos, abrir tareas vencidas y ver tareas.
Documento de la gestoría
Documento de la gestoría. Registra Título, Cliente, Tarea relacionada y Archivo. Con un clic: clasificar, procesar y archivar.
Obligación recurrente (modelo)
Obligación recurrente (modelo). Registra Modelo, Día de vencimiento y Meses tras el fin del periodo.
Tarea de la gestoría
Tarea de la gestoría. Registra Cliente, Obligación, Periodo, Responsable y Registros de tiempo. Con un clic: iniciar, revisar, cerrar, cancelar y restablecer.
Registro de tiempo
Registro de tiempo. Registra Descripción, Cliente, Tarea, Empleado y Horas.
Hoja de facturación de servicios
Hoja de facturación de servicios. Registra Cliente (opcional), Incluir cuota mensual fija, Marcar tiempos como facturados y Líneas. Con un clic: calcular y descargar.

Por qué elegir este módulo
Un panel de back-office para que una gestoría / asesoría española gestione su cartera de clientes. Controla el trabajo a realizar, no la presentación en sí. Expedientes de cliente: un registro por cliente gestionado (empresa / autónomo) con el régimen fiscal, el responsable asignado y las obligaciones que la gestoría gestiona. Pipelines de tareas: tareas por cliente con flujo Kanban borrador → en curso → revisión → hecho, prioridad, plazo y empleado responsable. Calendario de obligaciones recurrentes (modelos): un catálogo de obligaciones periódicas españolas (p. ej. Modelo 303 IVA, 111 retenciones, 130 pago fraccionado, 115 alquileres, 349, 200 IS, TC seguros sociales) con su periodicidad; el panel genera los próximos vencimientos por cliente como tareas seguibles. Bandeja de documentos: documentos recibidos de los clientes, clasificados y vinculados al cliente y (opcionalmente) a una tarea. Registro de tiempos: tiempos por cliente / tarea para medir el esfuerzo, con marca de facturable y tarifa. Hoja de facturación de servicios: agrega el tiempo facturable y las cuotas fijas del periodo por cliente en una hoja interna para facturar. Es puramente un panel de gestión interno: NO presenta, transmite ni firma ningún modelo ante la AEAT o la Seguridad Social; la gestoría presenta todo con sus propias credenciales AEAT / RED.
