Why Choose This Module
Installed equipment registry per customer with brand, model, serial, refrigerant type/charge and automatic next-gas-check date. Maintenance contracts (preventive / corrective / integral) with a configurable interval (monthly/quarterly/bi-annual/annual) and SLA response hours. Automatic generation of the preventive maintenance plan as scheduled work orders over a horizon (idempotent — no duplicates). Work orders with a draft→scheduled→in-progress→done→closed flow, labor lines (hours × rate), parts used (qty × price) and live worksheet totals. F-Gas / refrigerant handling log per work order (leak check, recharge, recovery, top-up) with operator certification number; completing a work order with a gas log updates the equipment's last-check date. Internal certificate-of-work generation (numbered company document).
