Por qué elegir este módulo
Gestión completa de servicio de campo para empresas españolas de instalación y mantenimiento (climatización, fontanería, electricidad, gas). Registro de equipos instalados por cliente con marca, modelo, número de serie, tipo/carga de refrigerante y fecha automática del próximo control de gases. Contratos de mantenimiento (preventivo / correctivo / integral) con un intervalo configurable (mensual/trimestral/semestral/anual) y horas de respuesta del SLA. Generación automática del plan de mantenimiento preventivo como órdenes de trabajo planificadas sobre un horizonte (idempotente, sin duplicados). Órdenes de trabajo con flujo borrador → planificada → en curso → hecha → cerrada, líneas de mano de obra (horas × tarifa), piezas usadas (cantidad × precio) y totales de la hoja en vivo. Registro de manejo de gases fluorados / refrigerante por orden (control de fugas, recarga, recuperación, reposición) con número de certificación del operario; al completar una orden con registro de gases se actualiza la fecha del último control del equipo. Generación interna del certificado de trabajo (documento numerado de la empresa). Todos los importes se generan como hoja interna: el módulo NO emite facturas fiscales ni transmite nada a ninguna administración; la empresa factura la hoja desde su propio ERP.
