Why Choose This Module
Features Tip pools (tronc) per period with a distribution method: equal, by hours worked, or by role coefficient. Beneficiaries (staff) with role, coefficient and hours. Tip entries: card tips, cash tips and mandatory service charge, each tagged with its social/VAT treatment. Distribution engine: draft -> computed -> validated -> paid, splitting the pool by the chosen key and computing each beneficiary's share. Treatment worksheet: exempt vs taxable tip totals and VAT-in-base service charge, exported as CSV for the payroll provider / accountant. We never file the payroll; the customer's social secretariat / URSSAF does.
