Pourquoi choisir ce module
Fonctionnalités : pools de pourboires (tronc) par période avec une méthode de répartition : égale, par heures travaillées ou par coefficient de rôle. Bénéficiaires (personnel) avec rôle, coefficient et heures. Entrées de pourboires : pourboires par carte, pourboires en espèces et service obligatoire, chacun étiqueté avec son traitement social/TVA. Moteur de répartition : brouillon → calculé → validé → payé, répartissant le pool selon la clé choisie et calculant la part de chaque bénéficiaire. Feuille de traitement : totaux de pourboires exonérés vs imposables et service inclus dans la base TVA, exportée en CSV pour le prestataire de paie / le comptable. Nous ne déposons jamais la paie ; le secrétariat social / l'URSSAF du client s'en charge.
