• Event Management: Set the customer and project on the event form (Odoo standard). Your event team can easily access the linked project and project tasks directly from the event form, streamlining coordination and tracking.
• Sales and Material Management: Sales users and event managers can view sales quotations from the event. Event managers also have access to material requisitions and job costing sheets directly from the event form, enabling efficient resource and cost management.
• Purchasing and Billing: Purchase users and event managers can view Requests for Quotations (RFQs) linked to the event. Billing users and event managers can view customer invoices and vendor bills, ensuring comprehensive financial oversight.
• Meetings: Schedule and display meetings related to events, allowing users to manage event related communications effectively.
• Job Costsheet: Project managers can create and manage detailed job costing sheets for events, planning costs for materials, labor, and overheads to maintain accurate budgeting.
• Sales Estimate and Quotation: Event and sales teams can create, manage, and send sales estimates and quotations to customers, facilitating clear cost communication and approvals.
• Invoicing and Purchase Orders: Event, sales, purchase, and invoice teams can handle customer invoices, purchase orders, RFQs, and vendor bills related to events, ensuring smooth financial transactions with clients and vendors.
