Workflow & How it Works
Odoo Desktop Module
1. Open Contact/Lead
Navigate to any Contact or Lead form where the module is integrated.
2. Call Recording Tab
Click on the dedicated 'Call Recording' tab to manage audio files.
3. Upload Audio
Upload audio files directly into Odoo. The fields are clearly visible for ease of use.
Mobile App Integration (Android Only)
- Call your customer as usual.
- Start recording manually from your device.
- After disconnecting, find the file in Call Logs.
- Tap Share and select EVO Call Recording app (Maximum audio file size is 5MB).
- Search for the Contact/Lead in the mobile app list.
- The recording is automatically uploaded and linked to the selected Contact or Lead.
