STORY BEHIND THE FEATURE
ODOO BEHAVIOR
In standard Odoo :

Landed cost documents must be created manually.

Users must select the transfer, manually add cost lines, and define cost values.

There is no automation for recurring landed cost scenarios.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR
✅ Cluedoo adds a new object: Landed Cost Rule

Go to: Inventory > Configuration > Landed Cost > Rules

Create a rule by:

Choosing the original product
-
Defining the vendor
-
Adding rule lines (Landed Cost Product, Type: % or Fixed Value, Amount)

✅ On transfer validation (incoming transfer from Purchase Order):

If the product and vendor match a rule:

A Landed Cost document is auto-created

Additional cost lines are auto-filled based on the defined rules

COMPARISON: ODOO (ODS) AND CLUEDOO (CLS)
Odoo Standard:

Landed Costs must be created manually after validating the incoming shipment.

The user needs to manually add each landed cost line.
