STORY BEHIND THE FEATURES
ODOO BEHAVIOR
Odoo proposes to filter on analytic account and/or project only if it's set at the main level and not if it's at the sub level.
For example, as the analytic account is put in the Invoice lines, you couldn't make a filter at the Invoice level. This applies also for other objects like Sales Order, Purchase Order etc.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR
Even if the information is given at the line level, you can still filter on analytic account and/or project for Sales Order/Purchase Order/Customer Invoice/Vendor Bill
CLUEDOO RECOMMENDATION
To be installed on 100% of database using all the dependencies (Sales, Purchase, Project, Timesheet).

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE ?

Go to Sales > Create a new Sales Order > Set Analytic Distribution
Note that multiple analytic distributions can be added to the same Sales Order.
Return to the Search function > Apply Analytic Account filter > All Sales Orders linked to the selected analytic account will be displayed

Confirm the Sale Order > Create Invoice > Analytic accounts are automatically synchronized from the Sales Order to the Invoice.
Go to Accounting > Customers > Invoices > Search by applying Analytic Account filter > All Invoices linked to the selected analytic account will be displayed
Note:
In case a Project is assigned to the Sales Order/Invoice, you may also filter by Project

The same search behavior applies when filtering by Analytic Account in Purchase.
