AliExpress Seller Connector for Odoo
A standalone Odoo application that connects your AliExpress seller account directly, importing orders, syncing product prices, pushing shipment tracking and managing returns â all from a dedicated AliExpress workspace in Odoo.
What This Connector Provides
OAuth 2.0 authorization
Click Authorize in Odoo, log in with your AliExpress seller account, and tokens are stored and refreshed automatically. No manual token management.
Automatic order sync
A scheduled action runs every 30 minutes, fetches new orders from AliExpress and creates confirmed Odoo sale orders with buyer address, items and amounts.
Product price sync
Link Odoo product variants to AliExpress listings and push updated prices to AliExpress in one click or via scheduled job.
Shipment tracking auto-push
When an Odoo delivery linked to an AliExpress order is validated, the tracking number is pushed to AliExpress automatically via the IOP Logistics API.
Returns & dispute tracking
Orders with dispute or money-review status are imported as return records, linked to their original sale order for easy follow-up.
Manual import wizard

Does it require the AliExpress Open Platform approval?
Yes. You need an App Key and App Secret from the AliExpress Open Platform. Apply at openservice.aliexpress.com and add your credentials in the Odoo instance form.
Can I connect multiple AliExpress seller accounts?
Yes. Create one instance per seller account. Each instance has its own credentials, token, and sync settings.
What happens when the access token expires?
The connector uses the refresh token to renew the access token automatically before each API call. No manual re-authorization needed until the refresh token itself expires (typically 30+ days).
Does it work standalone without other FlexigoTech modules?
Yes. It depends only on standard Odoo modules (sale, stock, delivery) and requires no other FlexigoTech add-ons.
