AliExpress Seller Connector for Odoo
A standalone Odoo application that connects your AliExpress seller account directly — importing orders with full shipping address, syncing products, stock and prices, pushing shipment tracking automatically, managing returns and disputes, and publishing products — all from a dedicated AliExpress workspace in Odoo.
What This Connector Provides
OAuth 2.0 with auto token renewal
Click Authorize, log in with your AliExpress seller account, and the connection stays alive on its own: a scheduled job refreshes the access token well before it expires, so you don't have to re-authorize.
Automatic order sync with address
A scheduled action every 30 minutes creates confirmed Odoo sale orders with the buyer's full shipping address, items and amounts — and reflects the AliExpress status (awaiting shipment / shipped) on the order.
Product, stock & price sync
Import your AliExpress catalogue, link listings to Odoo product variants, and push updated prices and stock back to AliExpress — for both local-service (DBS) and cross-border stores.
Shipment tracking auto-push & retry
When a delivery linked to an AliExpress order is validated, the tracking is declared to AliExpress automatically. If the tracking number is added after validation, an hourly retry sends it — orders never stay stuck on "awaiting shipment".
Carrier mapping
Sync the list of AliExpress carriers your account supports and map each to your Odoo delivery method, so shipments are declared with the correct carrier code (e.g. MRW → SPAIN_LOCAL_MRW) every time.
Returns, disputes & refunds
Disputes and returns are imported as their own records linked to the sale order, with actions to refresh the dispute, accept a solution or propose a refund directly from Odoo.
Publish Products to AliExpress
Single & multi-variant listings
Create new AliExpress listings from Odoo products, including multi-variant products: each Odoo variant maps to its AliExpress SKU with its own price and stock.

FAQ
Does it require AliExpress Open Platform credentials?
Yes. You need an App Key and App Secret from the AliExpress Open Platform. Apply at openservice.aliexpress.com and add your credentials in the Odoo instance form.
Can I connect multiple AliExpress seller accounts?
Yes. Create one instance per seller account. Each instance has its own credentials, token and sync settings.
Do I have to re-authorize often?
No. A scheduled job renews the access token automatically well before it expires, so the connection stays alive on its own. You only re-authorize if the refresh token itself ends (token lifetimes are set by AliExpress per app status).
Does it work standalone, for local and cross-border?
Yes. It depends only on standard Odoo modules (sale, stock, delivery) and supports both local-service (DBS) and cross-border seller accounts. Available in 11 languages.
