Pricelist Approval
Pricelist approval is used to approve or reject the product on the price list.Sale order cannot be confirmed, if the given pricelist is not approved.Sale order unit price is not editable.
User login
Sales pricelist - User creating pricelist.
User after clicking ask for approval.
Pricelist approver configration.
Manager Login
"Approve" and "Reject" button will displayed in Manager login.
Pricelist after manager approval.
Once user edit the products and pricelist in approved state, the state will moved to waiting for approval.
Pricelist after manager rejection.
Once user edit the products and pricelist in rejected state, the state will moved to waiting for approval.
User cannot delete product from line item only pricelist approver group user can delete product.
User cannot delete pricelist only pricelist approver group user can delete pricelist.
Sale order cannot be confirmed, if the given pricelist is not approved.
Users cannot select products that are not in the given pricelist.
