Appel de loyer / Quittance. Gère référence, bail, locataire, bien, début de période. En un clic appeler, enregistrer le paiement, enregistrer un paiement partiel, annuler, réinitialiser en brouillon.
Bien loué
Bien loué. Gère désignation, société, propriétaire (bailleur), rue, complément d'adresse. En un clic voir les baux.
Quittance de loyer automatique
Quittance de loyer automatique une fois le loyer payé, et un reçu pour un paiement partiel, conformément à la loi du 6 juillet 1989.
Indexation IRL (révision)
Moteur d'indexation IRL : table trimestrielle INSEE préchargée, formule légale nouveau_loyer = loyer_actuel × (nouvel_IRL / IRL_de_référence), arrondie au centime, avec un garde-fou de rétroactivité d'un an.
Régularisation des charges
Régularisation annuelle des charges : compare les provisions appelées sur l'année aux dépenses réelles et produit le solde dû au locataire ou par le locataire.
Restitution du dépôt de garantie
Suivi de la restitution du dépôt de garantie avec déductions.
