Features Construction contracts (marchés) with a priced quantity breakdown (DPGF / bordereau de prix) per work item, a retention rate (default 5% per art. 1799-1 Code civil), a contractual cap (plafond 5%) and an advance (avance forfaitaire) configuration. Avenants (amendments) that adjust the contract amount with a running revised total. Monthly situations: cumulative advancement per line (% or quantity), automatic computation of the period amount (montant du mois), the cumulative amount, the retention withheld, the advance recovery (récupération de l'avance) and the net payable (net à payer) with a draft -> submitted -> validated -> paid flow. Retenue de garantie ledger: amount withheld per situation, the release date (one-year libération), or substitution by a cautionnement / garantie à première demande so the retention is not withheld. Price revision worksheet: index-based formula (P = P0 x (a + b.I/I0)) producing the revision coefficient and the revised amount. Décompte Général Définitif (DGD): final reconciliation of all situations, retention, penalties and the final balance, generated as a worksheet the customer files.
