Pourquoi choisir ce module
Fonctionnalités : marchés de travaux avec décomposition chiffrée des quantités (DPGF / bordereau de prix) par poste, un taux de retenue (par défaut 5% selon l'art. 1799-1 du Code civil), un plafond contractuel (plafond 5%) et une configuration d'avance (avance forfaitaire). Avenants qui ajustent le montant du marché avec un total révisé courant. Situations mensuelles : avancement cumulé par ligne (% ou quantité), calcul automatique du montant du mois, du montant cumulé, de la retenue prélevée, de la récupération de l'avance et du net à payer, avec un flux brouillon → soumise → validée → payée. Registre de la retenue de garantie : montant retenu par situation, date de libération (libération à un an) ou substitution par un cautionnement / une garantie à première demande pour ne pas prélever la retenue. Feuille de révision de prix : formule indexée (P = P0 × (a + b.I/I0)) produisant le coefficient de révision et le montant révisé. Décompte Général Définitif (DGD) : réconciliation finale de toutes les situations, retenue, pénalités et solde final, généré comme une feuille que le client dépose.
