Why Choose This Module
Visit types with statutory cadences (Code du travail / décret 2016-1908): VIP (Visite d'Information et de Prévention) within 3 months of hire, renewed at most every 5 years. SIR (Suivi Individuel Renforcé) for at-risk posts: SIR initial then a periodic visit at most every 4 years + an intermediate at 2 years. Visite de reprise after maternity, an absence ≥ 30 days, or a maladie professionnelle (within 8 days of return). Visite de pré-reprise during a long absence. Scheduling: plan a visit, record the outcome (apte / apte avec réserves / inapte / aménagement), and the next-due date is computed from the cadence. Expiry alerts: a daily cron flags employees whose next visit is overdue or due within a configurable window; an activity is raised for HR. Compliance register: per-employee status (up to date / due soon / overdue) with the full visit history.
