Pourquoi choisir ce module
Types de visites avec cadences légales (Code du travail / décret 2016-1908) : VIP (Visite d'Information et de Prévention) dans les 3 mois de l'embauche, renouvelée au plus tous les 5 ans. SIR (Suivi Individuel Renforcé) pour les postes à risque : SIR initial puis une visite périodique au plus tous les 4 ans + une intermédiaire à 2 ans. Visite de reprise après maternité, une absence ≥ 30 jours ou une maladie professionnelle (dans les 8 jours du retour). Visite de pré-reprise pendant une absence longue. Planification : planifiez une visite, enregistrez le résultat (apte / apte avec réserves / inapte / aménagement), et la prochaine échéance est calculée à partir de la cadence. Alertes d'échéance : un cron quotidien signale les salariés dont la prochaine visite est en retard ou due dans une fenêtre configurable.
