This module allows you to edit product prices easily
App Features
- Displays a panel with a table with products and pricelists
- You can easily create or edit the price of a product in a pricelist
- You can choose which pricelist are displayed in the panel
- You can edit pricelist configured with different currencies
- Filtering by product name, reference, category, etc.
- You can define the method to sort the list of products
- You can control duplicate price lists and prices to 0
- Compatible with community, enterprise and Odoo.sh version of Odoo
Configuration
First you have to choose which pricelist will be displayed in the panel, go to the Sales application, Products and Pricelists, you access a pricelist for editing
When this option is activated, this pricelist will be displayed in the panel.
Usage
To access the panel you have to go to the Sales application, Reporting tab and Product Pricelist Panel
The rows show the products that you can access by clicking on their name, and in each column the price lists.
To create a price for a product, simply double click on the price box, define a value and press Enter to save
To edit an existing price, you can follow the same procedure.
Features
Prices with a value of 0 are colored red for better visualization
If the product has duplicate pricelists, the price box will be shown in yellow color, you can click on them to edit them
To bulk edit the prices, you have to hold down the CTRL key and drag on the prices
By pressing the CTRL key you can continue to select prices, or deselect it.
To edit the selected prices, press the ENTER key, define the new price and confirm the changes
You can filter by name, reference, category, etc, and sort the list by name, number of duplicate pricelists or by price
Security
Each internal user can be assigned access to the application:
These are the permissions that a user can have:
- User: These users can only see prices, they cannot modify or manage them.
- Editor: These users can only edit existing prices, they cannot create new ones.
- Admin: These users can create, edit, and delete prices, and configure which pricelists are displayed in the table.
