About this module

This module was originally submitted as a Pull Request #974 to the OCA (Odoo Community Association), as we considered this use case to be a coherent and natural improvement of the standard Odoo Helpdesk portal.

Following the refusal to merge our contribution, we decided to make it available here so that the community can still benefit from this feature.

Please note: This module is only compatible with the Odoo Community Edition and is not available for Odoo Enterprise.
