Helpdesk website priority

Helpdesk Website Priority is an add-on module for Odoo's ticket management system. It adds the ability, when creating a ticket from the website, to define a priority level. This allows for better organization and prioritization of requests on the support side.

The Helpdesk Website Priority module complements the existing suite of ticket management tools in Odoo, especially those related to the Helpdesk Website module.

Objective:

This module improves the user experience on the client portal by adding a key feature: the ability to choose the priority level when creating a ticket.

Main Feature:

  • Adds a priority selection field (e.g., Low, Normal, High) to the ticket creation form on the website.
  • The selected priority is then reflected in the ticket in the back office, allowing for better organization and prioritization of requests.
